We're having a boy!
And here's how we found out.....
So a little explanation is necessary... First, there are some things in life Sebas and I are very good at making decisions about, but certain things take a long time for us to decide. I was leaning towards not finding out the gender of our baby, Sebas was leaning towards finding out. Bad combination. We both could see the others point of view and therefore it was pretty much impossible for us to come to a decision.
SO....
We made Anjun decide.
We had the ultrasound Doctor write the gender on a piece of paper, and put it in a sealed envelope. Then later, at home we made another envelope with a piece of paper that said "surprise" (later I found out Sebas also wrote "... but we could still look at the other envelope"). We did multiple things with the envelopes, but Anjun wasn't that interested, even in the video you see... he would rather me sing The Wheels on the Bus go round and round than pick an envelope on the pillow.
But he finally did...
Ironically he picked up both, but we went with the one he handed me first.
And it had the male symbol drawn on it (the circle with an arrow coming out of it) hence the slight delay and Sebas scratching his head.
So there you have it. Baby #2 is another boy and we'll have a house full of men! We're both so excited to see the similarities and differences in the two boys, and grateful Anjun will have a little brother to play with.
A bunch of pics to come soon... promise.
All the best,
